Ask yourselves how people typically become informants for the FBI. It’s not because they are fine, upstanding citizens.
Yup. If Trump was an informant it means the FBI had identified him as having a fairly close relationship with Epstein, and they may have even had incriminating evidence against him. They just felt it was in their best interest in going after Epstein to cut a deal with Trump.
And note that either the speaker of the house doesn’t know that or he thinks the average American doesn’t
I’m pretty sure the average American doesn’t think too much about where FBI informants come from. That part seems like a decent wager on his disinformation attempt.
