      They wouldn’t, but I can tell you that I work in government and we are tough on ourselves. We work hard to stay in compliance with the laws and we work hard to ensure that whatever we enforce with others is within the law AND when we are found to be in error in our enforcement, we make sure that we inform the relevant parties of the new interpretation (or whatever caused the change in enforcement) and what we plan to do to make sure everyone is on the same page going forward. Instead of being “tough on itself,” you may just say that sounds reasonable when you make an error, but we take enforcement seriously. So, I think both are applicable.
