      I was thinking that the post is a joke, with the joke being that someone is trying to find some tiny clues about the show is gay, meanwhile there’s literally two men fucking in the pic.

        Ohhh ok that makes sense. That explains why you can’t tell what the circled thing is even if you zoom in.
