At this moment he can do fucking anything and still win because there is zero viable opposition. He should be putting the pedal to the metal setting up the mandate upon which he wins.
Given how unusual it is to have such incredibly weak opposition, he has such a unique opportunity to frame his victory to be on any basis he chooses.
