I know my history when it comes to russia and the soviet union, I grew up in a country squeezed between the NATO and the WARSAW pact, I have met lots of people from russia and the invaded satellite states, and I know enough to not let a tankie use the kremlin lies and playbook.

What do I know about the middle east? Not very much, Kissinger seems to have betrayed them all, hamas is a terrorist organisation, Israel were “the good guys” but now israel seems to be a wannabe dictorial terrorist state.

I of course opposed israels genocidal tactics, but that doesn’t mean I support hamas or iran or anyrhing else, it seems to be a real horrible mess. A mess some people try to use in discussions for “clout”. Like if you are not this then you are that and I can insult you. That’s just crappy IMO.

I do oppose the unjustified invasion of ukraine, and with my limited knowledge, it seems that israel is indeed using the same types of tactics.

It’s always those old white men who has to dominate and kill everyone in the end.

I hope they’ll all have peace and that Netanyahu and Putin and atheir cronies all gets thrown off their thrones.
