Accidents do sometimes just happen. This one is suspicious, but it is totally possible that, in this case, someone did just fuck up.
Sure but it’s extreamly unlikely that this particular person would fall out of a window. There are people in the world that are very often involved in accidents, due to their personality and risk taking behavior. But people like this guy is not one of those.
