Developmentally, could this be related to wanting to read the same book over and over? Because that’s normal. But I don’t know how it changes with watching videos except intuitively it doesn’t seem as healthy.

That’s rookie numbers. Videos for kids are known to gather bazillions of views, because toddlers in particular watch them hundreds of times on repeat.
