Jeffrey’s an ‘alt / indie’ genre cartoonist. For my money his work is earthy, patient and visually-appealing, and often centers on the whimsies of young angst, young love, and early parenthood (as here).

Based on what I’ve read, he’s not particularly cutting or edgy the way that his colleagues are (let’s say people like Peter Bagge, Chester Brown and Noah Van Sciver), but he’s got a certain low-key easy humor and observational eye on urban humanity that you might enjoy.

Okay, let me get this straight-- you saw that it was a google images link, clicked on it, then felt “tricked” that it didn’t automagically take you to some ideal destination floating around in your head?

Okay, well I’m sorry you felt that way. I usually use google images to quickly bring up samples when I don’t have something specific in mind. What search engine would you prefer, DDG or SearXNG, perhaps?

Note that I also provided the WP link, and I would think the rest is easy enough for most people to follow up on their own, given all that.

Again, I’m sorry if I sound irritable here, but my CFS/ME leaves me in a constant state of fatigue and pain, especially when I’ve been sitting for over 5min, trying to type up a post to share, with my lower back killing me with every passing minute. The problem with trying to type from my usual position (lying down in my coach/bed) is that I’m not a touch-typist, and am constantly fumbling around, making errors, and getting frustrated.

Good critique is always welcome, and I’d like to think I have a sense of humor, but yeah… I can’t say I’m really in to the whole “teasing” thing, matey. In any case, thanks for trying to make a connection, eh?
