My mom passed in December too, her anniversary was 2 days ago. idk what to think, I mean the hospital wouldn’t release him if he was going to die, right? Please send me good karma, I might be at odds with him and he’s not a good person, but I don’t want him to die on me.

edit: just got off the phone with him, called to check in, he said he’s feeling better, he was listening to his music and vibing with his cat so that puts my mind a bit more at ease.

      If he keeps getting sick don’t let them send you off without a good explanation. My grandpa would get repeated blood infections. Could never figure out what was wrong, we (the family) all assumed he was just bad about finishing his antibiotics. Medical staff didn’t figure out till wayyy too late and some months in the hospital that his heart valve replacement was infected. Could have saved us a whole lot of grief if that was caught sooner. NAD and not to scare you, just to say that medical neglect does happen so trust your gut.
