Not really a sport, but in lack of better i shoot blindy out in the night, any nordic skaters out there in lemmyverse?

    I’ve done plenty of skate skiing, and thought about getting the skates as well, but never tried it so far.

    Is it something you’ve done before, or are looking to get into?

      I bought my first nordic skate (boot-style) 20 years ago, mostly been soloing the local lakes, joined the national community to do better trips (better organized, scouted and perhaps find more company to explore more lakes/sea)

      The local loosely connected community is heavily meta-based and that we can´t have so. explore others =)

      Nordic skating is great, comfy shoes and no uphills ;)
