So they raided a non existent group two years ago? That’s a bit confusing.
They raided groups that according to this ruling don’t have a common leadership on the national level. Therefore, the federal government does not have jurisdiction to ban them, only the states they operate in do. We’ll see if/when those states ban each regional group individually.
Ah, the sweet smell of bureaucracy in the air.
That’s not even a complaint, really - it’s just how properly functioning rule of has to work.
