I’m convinced of this, too. Especially with Grok because Musk was using it to make Taylor Swift deep fakes and whatnot.
AI seems entirely focused on making people naked against their will. If they were serious about it being used to make “art,” they’d have a lot of focus on stuff like buildings and landscapes. But they don’t. All the data fed into AI is focused on making people.
I also think they have the end goal of creating stuff that’s indistinguishable from genuine footage. That way, capitalists can flood the internet with fake garbage, forcing people to return to traditional media outlets for acquiring news. Otherwise, how else is a person supposed to get an accurate idea of the world? Then they can go back to censoring the genocide in Palestinian or video of people in China/Russia/DPRK/whatever villains they come up with having normal lives etc. etc. Anything truthful coming out of those places will be dismissed as fake news or AI generated.
