Idk some see it as using it in excess due to body image issues in Hollywood but a lot it seems like its always a thinly veiled shot at the body positive movement whenever I see this mentioned. The South park episode I’m sure helped fuel this. Hell of a lot of moralizing over ozempic in general and people not losing weight the “right way”.

This comment seems kind of mean-spirited. It’s also not true (elsewhere in this thread, people discuss that ozempic is not a miracle cure) and even if it were it wouldn’t justify any moralizing or criticism.
In accordance with the rules of this instance (and the casual chat comm), please don’t be mean to people who are just trying to lose weight (or to people who are not trying to lose weight).
I suppose it was a bit mean spirited. I wrote it to be more of a quip than just to be mean. I work with a lot of people that are either on test and peptides, or on semaglutide. Rather stressful and physically demanding field. The people here shooting test and peptides are going to the gym and working out a bunch. Some of the people on semaglutide work out as well, but they tell me they just no longer feel hungry, so they don’t eat much. The craving just disappears, if it works for them. Couple people got off of it because it gave side effects that made them feel like trash. If you don’t get the side effects, you just get the results with little to no effort.
