Excuse me, what the actual fuck conditioner did you use? I’ve had a chemical burn down there from shampoo, but I’ve used conditioner as a kid with no ill impact. Mind if I ask what brand, or even what country? I’m wondering if it’s a difference in terms?
Late reply, I’m rarely on here but I wanted to answer you and anyone coming along in the future. US here, talking about conditioner we use to make our hair soft and shiny after using shampoo.
It’s happened a few times, no doubt with different products. The reddit thread was saying it’s because the conditioner residue dries the skin and you should wash off with soap. Funny enough, I just did this yesterday, for the first time in many months. No problem so far!
Damn. That’s wild. Also US, so I’m assuming we mean the same product. Got a rash once from using shampoo to whack it as a kid, but used conditioner many times to no ill effect. Will definitely reconsider in the future! Lol
