The fact that we stuck ourselves in this situation is crazy. I really hope Europe gets a big enough shock to start think again, but I’m not really seeing signs of it…

Well, “plan to legislate” is something more of a hope lifeline than a true sign, I’m talking more of actual implementations, but I see your point.
