Will micron course-correct? There’s no point fulfilling OpenAI’s orders after the company went belly up, right? And the point of OpenAI orders was first and foremost to buy the competition out of market, so even if LLMs need memory, and LLMs keep being a thing in the years to come, it’s unlikely that this overcapacity will serve an economical purpose.
