Two quick points, the first is that this appears geared towards “getting a promotion” but even then, that text is kinda ambiguous. They aren’t saying “I want a new challenge” as in “give me a new role” it’s saying “I like where I am and can’t wait for a new challenge in my current role.”

Though you bring up a good point, a lot of these are worded kinda ambiguously.
