With horse armor, its, you buy it once, and you have it for ever playthrough of Oblivion thereafter. A lot of these microtransactions are for advantages that are only good for one playthrough of the game. Though most of these games are designed to be played forever.
At this point if that was also Epstein’s doing I would not even be fucking surprised.
