I think not, because I can imagine many ways in which this world or reality would be better. That said, the spooky element is “what if something bad from this reality had to happen to lead to really good stuff in the future?”

Maybe this is the only/ one of the few realities where we haven’t ALREADY died from nuclear armegeddon - thinking about the russian submariner who refused to fire, for instance.
