Well it’s just a happy coincidence I suppose that a lot of rich gay men are not only frequently republicans (some even work in the Trump admin all the way up to his cabinet) but also are heavily represented in dystopic and abusive tech companies and business ventures

The commenter didn’t mention the gender of the group they want to single out, and “gay” is used so often as a synonym for “lesbian, gay and bi” nowadays that I see no reason to not assume that’s what they mean.
Deciding cis queer people are the ones doing what’s in the OP also isn’t any better?? Why does the homophobia of straight people need to be blamed on their targets?
