The Japanese leader's election gambit, fueled by the power of her personality and some unlikely help from young voters consumed by “Sanamania,” appears to have paid off.
she appears to have essentially revitalized the public popularity of the LDP, japan’s long-time ruling party. the youngs find her quirky apparently. both the left wing parties, JCP and reiwa got fucking owned, like no seats, even the incel fascist party performed better.

The AI Party with 7%
vibes based voting is going to be the death of us all
japanese voters are very disengaged, basically no political education, 50% turnout, etc.
is there a reason why they’re (JCP, Reiwa, etc.) performing bad? It it mostly due to suppression or bad organisation?
terrible organization mostly. JCP is also very anti-china for example. Takaichi is anti-china in rhetoric but pragmatic in practice.
