I’m wondering if this RAM/resource shortage will force people to write elegant code again, since you can no longer guarantee that people will be able to use your beefy app on their consumer hardware
The goal is for “consumer hardware” to be the bare minimum needed to connect to some Microslop owned cloud-based VM that you pay a monthly subscription to access.

You don’t need elegant code when the only device you can buy is no longer capable of multitasking.
ONE app at a time, with only spywa… I mean… priviliged apps… able to run in the background. Also it’s $2000.
