as well as this, lots of migration is driven by climate and the resultant ecological crisis destroying immigrant homelands. The tropics are becoming more and more unlivable, where will those billions of folks go?
We are seeing precursors of how some nation states will deal with this, Spain is prospering from it, Italy, UK, US etc will go backwards without it.
