I love Eva, but I also feel like I got enough closure after the last series of movies. I think I’d rather see the studio focus on something new for a while instead.
If you’re talking about Rebuild, that undid all the closure I got from the original series and EoE.
The trick is to not acknowledge them. The new series seems promising though considering the creator for Nier Automata is writing it.
Yeah, they are an alternate storyline anyways, so it’s easy to not consider them “canon”. I’ve only interacted with Nier osmotically, so I’m just going to wait with no expectations of any kind and see when it comes out.
