      No, it’s not. It’s small time criminals or stupid kids that are promised payment from Swedish organised crime with leaders hiding out in Iran. Most likely they will never see any money either, as is the modus operandi. This sort of thing has been going on for quite the while.

    Most known hostile governments like Ruzzia & Iran etc, have been employing criminal networks (in Europe) for acts of sabotage and terrorism:

    “The Norwegian security service PST said in its annual threat assessment last month that Iran, which it considers one of the main threats to Norway, could rely on proxy actors including criminal networks to commit acts.”
