What’s the difference between neutral and agnostic in this context?
Also the only one I recognize is Q but I think that’s on me 🧓
So in this context agnostic means only vaguely adhering to the idea. It’s still the thing but it’s being reinterpreted. Neutral can be somewhat adhering to the idea, or just not applicable for definition or against it.
I put Q there because its assumed agender and asexual by default but can optionally fuck. Also even if it doesn’t bottom, Q is on some inexplicable level still a twink, despite its human appearance neither looking twink-like or untwink-like. It just kind of looks like a guy. But engages in obvious bombastic twinkery.
Don’t feel bad about the others, I was trying to make a wide selection.
Gotcha. Q definitely wanted to [whatever the Q equivalent of bang is] Riker. While we’re on the topic of immortal sprites, Kenneth Parcell strikes me as a candidate for “Form Purist / Mindset Agnostic”. He obviously had some kind of twink power over Banks that he was unable to wield effectively.
Is being completely clueless about one’s own twink powers “Mindset Purist” or “Mindset Agnostic”? I feel like the term “twink” implies a certain level of self-ignorance.
Oohhh this seems like pretty compelling evidence 👀

I didn’t know about Riker! I hope I didn’t fall asleep during that episode. But I read it tries to entice Janeway in a later series. Assuming that’s the same Q.
Lemme look Parcell up, FP/MA seemed like it was going to be a hard square to fill.
I’d never heard of that component of twinkistry before. Can do give me an example?
are we talking about the same kind of twink?
Fair question, when I hear “twink” I think of someone young, hot, dumb, and usually masc-coded. Q definitely has some twink braggadocio, but I’d call him a loose fit with my working definition of twink.
okay I follow.
