I for one love (most of) the traditional Norwegian dishes. But I will concede that I’m not expecting to see Lutefisk stalls in the UK anytime soon, (Although they have their own questionable things they do with fish), and I doubt street food in Kuala Lumpur would queue up if Ola went there to sell Pinnekjøtt.
