    It’s been a multi-industry effort. Military is just one of those prongs. It’s been annoying. How many things I couldn’t operate on my own system because some contractor had to do it instead. I would have been able to figure that out and actually take care of problems but I have to make a phone call just so somebody else can push a button

      I heard that in the navy its also affecting them (And I’d consider them a part of the military?) and that they cant repair their own equipment at sea
