I do rows with resistance bands. Are there other possible exercises which can be done with minimal equipment?

Dips using chairs. Very simple. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwYka-r6C-g I haven’t checked the correctness of the form of the guy in the video but the chair technic is OK. Then do pushups. Elevated legs pushups. Single legs squares. Also called hammers or pistols. Regular wigthless squats but then you do like 100 or 300 reps. Chairs against the wall. Quarter squats, both lower quarter sqauat and higher quarter squats.

If you have a sturdy enough door you con block it to stop it from moving and do some pullup bars against the door itself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9r08bGNuz0

You can there is a whole system dedicated to bodybuilding without equipment by a French author called “method lafay” https://olivier-lafay-boutique.com/products/methode-de-musculation-110-exercices-sans-materiel-livre This page looks like the official page by the author. He is a bit dorky but the method he presents is very effective. Tried it for years.

I saw a video recently where a woman laid on a towel face down and used her arms to pull herself across the floor. Claimed it was essentially the same as pull ups. Can’t vouch tho.

Oh just realized you wanted general ones.

      You can do a tonnnnn.

Push-ups but with your butt high to get some shoulder strength in (gotta look forward so your head doesn’t come against the ground) and eventually work towards hand-stand push-ups.

      Sit ups are always great.

Body squats are solid, eventually working towards one-legged squats

      Calf raises on a stairway

Dips starting with feet on the ground and hands on a chair/couch and as you get stronger you can start raising your feet higher to do more weight on your arms

Do good mornings (idk what they are in english) with resistance bands. Put one end of the band under your feet at shoulder width apart, legs straight (or little bend in your knees) and stretch downwards towards your toes. Then keeping your legs like that you stretch back upwards to standing while the bands are pulling your arms towards your feet. It’s basically and RDL but with resistance bands.

If you’re looking specifically for more pulling exercises, which are tough to get in with limited equipment, Inverted rows are a good go to. They can be done with chairs and a broom if you can get them nice and secure. But even if you don’t have a pull-up bar, you may have somewhere with a lower, long bar that you can pull yourself up to safely.
