    as hilarious as this sounds, I can totally see communication cutting and the pilot only getting the first part and missing everything after the callsign

        As opposed to what? It’s wireless communication; you don’t get a choice about whether it can fail or not.

          From what I’ve heard if two people talk at the same time they cancel each other out. Plus, neither side can confirm if the other side heard them. I’d think some sort of text based system where you can acknowledge that you received the direction would be better.

            orrrr, we use a voice based confirmation system. Like having the person repeat the important information back to them using the same radio.

            gosh, darn! That won’t work. Not enough AI or Blockchain. Silly me. Back to the drawing board…
