If the justice system in Germany is not completely compromised this should get thrown out at court the moment this video evidence is presented and the “media worker” should be charged instead.

While I think this woulndt hold up in court, the whole process till getting there can be very intense, nerve racking etc. It couod take years for this to go to court or for the person getting notified of the dismissal of the case.

Also their name might get put on lists that collect identities of suspected extremist, which can influence their future interactions with the cops and also can influence their job chances.

Also getting arrested by these violent thugs itself can be a very stressful and unpleasant experience that can have an effect in their willingness to stand up for their opinions.

These possible results are usually ignored by german courts.

Just to be clear, what we see here is a known nazi (seemingly also zionist?) that quite often comes to protests and films them while streaming the content to youtube.

Quite often people have to deal with that harassement, coming up with many counter strategies such as shielding the protests with banners and umbrellas, stealing / destroying stuff or playing copyrighted music trough loudspeakers so the stream gets copyright strikes by Disney&Co.

All these strategies kinda infringe on the rights of the freedom of press as they are in Germany, so this could always lead to arrests. People should educate their friends and comrades regarding this so arrests can be either evaded or are atleast not suprising.
