    the pay gap/power is pretty much still maintained by mysogyny unfortunately. even when women become ceos, they are often used as a glass ceiling to deflect the negative PR from the company.

      For people under 30 the wage gap is almost gone, and in several industries it has been inverted.

      For the same position and education, young women now outearn young men.

      However, if you take a global average across all ages, it’s very much alive.
