    It’s the same thing that happened in the states when Trump took over. During the first few months, anyone who had any semblance of morality abandoned their post, which was then quickly filled by an orange creamsicle flavored sycophant.

      It always seems to me like moral performance. If you care enough, stay and, at a minimum, become sand in the gears, and, ideally, become a force for change. If you don’t care enough, leave. If you leave, I assume you don’t care enough and are performing if you say otherwise.

      In their case, it is very likely that the orange menace would have fired them for disloyalty if they continued trying to do a competent job.

      Better to leave on your own terms in that case.

      But flat is different than Guilbeault’s situation.
