If wet is having water molecules on it, all water concentrations of more than one water molecule are wet.
See, I don’t think it makes sense to say water has itself on it. It just IS itself.
I’d say that still includes moist and damp, wet would be when a good percentage of the surface is covered in water, like at least 25%. So still anything over a couple molecules of water is wet.
I’m wet right now
