Written Hebrew uses an alphabet in a sense with their own letters, so that part isn’t the hardest but is their phonology difficult? There barely any vowels present mainly filled with consonants and the lack of cognates. Even though they have an alphabet, the letters are different from Latin ones (so you learn a new set of characters that are not present from your own).


Yeah it’s weird they don’t usually write vowels
they do have them for learning the language but in daily life you’re just expected to know/guess what they are
not as stupid as English stuff like how you have to know how to say Worcestershire or knight or quay or whatever, at least it is phonetic
