This feels like a lot of strikes. Are these mostly standoff strikes again?
There’s a new article from WSJ, less the 1 hour ago, that says Trump wants to put ground troops in Kharg Island, according to US officials.
There are reports of air defenses being activated in Tehran. I think it would be another escalation if the US is bombing the capital. I’m not sure if it’s a spy drone or an attack.

Okay this second alert from Tasnim news says that air defense was activated in Tehran and explosions were heard in Parchin and Pakdasht parts of Tehran, Iran.
The US also striked Iran at 6 am eastern time, on Greater Tunb Island. Trump has said that he plans to continue striking Iran daily continuing into next week.
The US began imposing a naval blockade on all of Iran’s ports yesterday at 4 PM eastern time, This is a return to the conditions of the war pre-MOU. I believe that the ceasefire deal is fully off-the-table.
