    Employees don’t use internal chatbots because companies tend to have low-quality documentation and an LLM is not psychic – it can only know things that have been written down and made accessible.

    It is amazing how common it is at a business or org that, say, a report only pulls data from A and B but not C and D because the current unit head was told by the previous unit head (who now works elsewhere) to do it that way, and they heard it from the prior unit head they took over from (retired), who was told to do it that way by Jim, the old general counsel (RIP). There’s no documentation or original email record, because that conversation happened in an in-person meeting.
