In developed nations, testing for worms isn’t needed unless the symptoms point towards worms. It’s kinda like how they don’t check you for polio or the bubonic plague as part of a regular visit either.

I’ve had a bunch of physicals too and I don’t think that qualifies me, in any way, to comment on medical standard practices.
I’ve had plenty of physicals, and a fecal sample was never part of them.
