For a while, smartphones had trouble with it, do to lacking hardware, but today pretty much any device should be able to emulate N64 just fine.

I’ve been emulating N64 since 2006 or earlier, it’s fine. Has always been fine. For a while, smartphones had trouble with it, do to lacking hardware, but today pretty much any device should be able to emulate N64 just fine.
