As a Swede in ashamed of our right-wing government and the growing anti immigration policies as of late
It is swedens democratic will after all. they were so open and nice to everyone, it got abused and now they swing in the opposite direction.

And it‘s getting worse everywhere by the day. Still amazed how many self proclaimed lefties on the internet tried to explain how Sweden‘s or Italy‘s right wing governments were different when they came into power. The political right is shitty to virtually everyone, everywhere, every single time.
They are funded by the same dark money and beholden to the same masters. They will have identical interests.
Sweden has always been anti elderly. Euthanasia was big in the 70s and they did nothing during COVID because no one cared about culling old people.
Feels like Sweden and the UK are currently having a battle of which has the most stupid deportation case of a long term foreign resident.
What a capitalist hell this modern western world is. No change will come from political parties or the voting booth.
