Sometimes yt-dlp works (depends on the site). You can record audio with Audacity or OBS Studio (captures a video which you can then extract with Audacity or VLC). There are some audio capture programs for Mac if that is your OS; there might be something similar for Windows and Linux but Audacity should do the job.
