Praying hard for him to release it before he’s taken out by the Rockstar hitmen squad. Further hoping it’s a PC Build.

Yeah I assume people are right in guessing this is a 2025 build. With that said other parts of the tech are extremely impressive, I detect no pop in on the ground, the cars and traffic look legit even from the sky.

That has always been the GTA series big thing. They got famous with their clever LOD tech in 3.

That one was a bit more fun because it involved literally placing a bunch of extra copies of models in different sectors of the CD to keep read times down.

Yeah it’s pretty nifty. AC:Shadows is the best at this that I’ve seen in recent years. Genuinely incredible and totally seamless lod transitions. This gta looks like it’s achieving the same.

Sadly both games are identical in gameplay to their predecessors. Wonderful tech let down by not allowing gameplay innovation.

Idk, I see cars fading in / popping out of existence on that highway down there by the prison right at 0:11 and plenty times more later. Focus on the space between the water tower and the prison guard tower and you’ll see what I mean. It’s usually happening away from the center of the screen which makes it less noticeable, though.
