Not only does that light up the battlefield for both sides of the conflict, so there’s no advantage, but also most conflict is drones anyway and they operate just as well in both light and dark. I think this startup might be a bad idea.

That doesn’t really make sense either. Not only does that light up the battlefield for both sides of the conflict, so there’s no advantage, but also most conflict is drones anyway and they operate just as well in both light and dark.
