Nah, the DMCAs are legit, because the repos are sharing cryptographic keys.
I’ve not looked at the repos, but ideally they’d be secondary “we aren’t affiliated with the main repo *wink wink*” that can just be recreated while the main emulation repo is left alone.
I doubt that’s all of them though, but any of the ones that are both the emulator and keys in one was just waiting to be taken down. Terrible opsec.
