They’re still clinging to a desperate hope that AI replaces the human workforce. It’s not about the “performance improvement” unless you’re an idiot CEO that bought into the whitewashed aspect of the lie, or a worker sheep that is helping sharpen the knife for your own slaughter.
People are producing worse quality with AI, but they’re proving that you can remove the human and produce something and that’s all the Epstein class cares about. Take Roku for example, slop 24/7 feed with slop ai advertisements. It’s an experiment. It might be bad, but you don’t need humans anymore, no liability no healthcare no pesky discrimination lawsuits no insurance necessary, no sick days no recruiters no 2 weeks notice no people to manage no management. Just pure ownership of passive income production.
Well, that’s what they hope for. They hope eventually consumers care to watch the slop. They hope that the next generation likes slop cartoons. They hope slop advertising gets some percentage of sales that the real shit does. If it does at all, it means turning what used to be a very volatile active income into passive income you can just farm and start spewing more slop out.
Now the problem is that everyone thinks they can be the slop farmer so every idiot CEO is pulling the slop lever trying to “increase productivity”. Who’s gonna pay for it? Well shit they don’t care, as long as they end up not needing human workers. Not their problem. They think the market will solve that magically.
So no they could give a fuck less about your company culture and the benefits it provides. They want to eliminate your entire culture. It’s not about productivity. Never was. It was always about eating the lower classes and fattening them up with AI slop.
