But since ICE is generic whatever tacticool, seems it’s too easy to ‘accidentally’ impersonate and it’s unfair to accuse someone of impersonating. Of course ‘unfair’ is their whole strategy anyway.

The federal government took them to court and it’s currently suspended due to a judge approving an injunction.
