Bungie has responded after announcing plans to sublease 210,984-square feet of its massive headquarters in Bellevue, Washington, saying this move reflects its continued focus on a “digital first” model.

It reflects Bungie not making any money because Pete Parsons needed more cars and because they made a game no one wants to play.
