There’s very little blizzard left in activision blizzard. Pretty much just a shell. A name. A brand.
All the content has gone elsewhere. Developers that cared jumped ship long ago.

Blizzard was once great at making quality games.
That Blizzard doesn’t exist anymore and hasn’t in a while.
I enjoyed Diablo2 a lot, Diablo3 was a huge disappointment and Diablo4 I did not even try. However, I can very much recommend Path of Exile!
