100% he was not normal and was abused his whole life. Whether he was fondling anyone or not, we’ll never know for certain, but none of those kids should have been allowed to do that just to leave a safety margin.

It’s not impossible that he became a rich target for extortion, but he was off enough that it would def have been grounds for pedo like restraining orders.
