The major world powers are racing to have the best AI for mostly defense and war regions. China doesn’t want America to have better AI America doesn’t want China to have better AI. Much like the Cold War and building the biggest nuke. I’m not saying it’s proven whoever has the best ai will have a major advantage… but it appears everyone in power believes that is the case. Much like the Cold War and nukes. Whoever has the best and most wins.
